Education:Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Equipment and Machinery Experience:Saws; Routers; Drills; Computerized woodworking machine
Experience:2 – 3 years
Work Setting: Wood products manufacturer
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots; Safety glasses/goggles; Ear plugs
Work Site Environment:Noisy; Dusty
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Repetitive tasks; Handling heavy loads; Physically demanding; Manual dexterity; Attention to detail; Hand-eye co-ordination; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an experience Panel Saw Operator.
Must know how to set up and run a computerized Panel Saw to cut and blank various plastic products. Should be able to read plans and specifications, check cut list accuracy, and think creatively.
