At least 2- 5 years of experience in applications support, ideally with applications related to financial services

Preferred Oracle database certification.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Reporting into the Director of Customer Success, the Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving Oracle Public Cloud adoption in the Oracle Digital Prime customers and thus ensure on the long term renewal and expansion of the Cloud Services.

Expanded Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Oracle Digital Prime customer’s post Cloud sales activities

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

  • Act as mentor to newer CSMs on a voluntary basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate the deployment/integration of Networks Nodes (Circuit Switch Core, Packet Core, Fixed Network, RAN, IN & VAS), expansions and upgrades across MTN Nigeria Network.

Coordinating the complete Core Rollout Process, indicating the various activity variables, resources and the responsible parties Organize and hold regular project and work group meetings, motivate staff, manage conflicts and crisis.

Monitoring and Tracking of all Core Network Nodes from PPOE, RFQ through the PR and PO, RFS, delivery to MTN Warehouse, I&C to RFI stage.

Liaising with Vendors (Ericsson and Huawei, Emerson) on issues bordering around core network equipment and implementation

Coordinating the various internal work groups (Core Planning, VAS Planning, Transmission, Power and IP) involved in the integration of all MTN Nigeria Core & BSS Nodes.

Plan project progress while defining sub goals, milestones and tasks, time and resource planning

BUDGET ACCOUNTANT – 2 POSITIONS


JOB DESCRIPTION

To take responsibility for OPEX and CAPEX (where applicable) management to include organize the annual financial budget, quarterly forecasts, monitor financial operations and reconcile financial accounts as assigned and applicable to the division Participate in annual budget preparation and budget re-forecasting /reviews including dynamic forecast for the Division

JOB DESCRIPTION

To monitor the banking services provided to MTNN and ensure compliance across board to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between MTNN and banks.

Coordinate MTNN banking services.

Collate and analyse data on cash movements, bank charges, interest rates, exchange rate movements and placements.

Set up and manage MTN bank accounts, monitoring bank tariffs and price book for bank charges.

Verify all General Ledger balances relating to bank accounts, identifying banking service gaps across the business units that interface with banks.

Monitor sweeps from various sub accounts to main accounts for compliance, ensuring credit interest is accurately entered and applied every month as agreed by the various banks.

Review banking Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in line with changes in the banking environment, ensuring compliance issues and complaints relating to banking services are followed up and resolved.

Implement Treasury policies, processes, and procedures, maintaining Treasury records and audit trail in strict compliance to MTNN policies and procedures.
