  • Adexen Recruitment Agency – Our client, a leading long established international group, is recruiting a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:



    Business Controller



     


    Responsibilities



    • Participate in the preparation of the Monthly Reporting to Management and Corporate Head Office in partnership with the   Chief Accountant.

    • Prepare the Budget and Mid-term Plan for the various entities.

    • Check and control the reliability of cost accounting and   management information from different reports.

    • Develop and implement KPs by activity to immediately alert   potential drift.

    • Propose areas of improvement for OPEX monitoring and reduction.

    • Participate in strengthening and training the Credit Controllers and   Debts Collectors.

    • Improve the monitoring of the Branch activities.

    • Establish procedures and management processes when necessary.


    Desired Skills and Experience



    • Bachelor’s Degree Accounting or any other Social Science and related discipline

    • 5-8 year’s experience in a similar role.

    • Certified member of ICAN or ACCA.

    • Strong accounting, analytical and research skills.

    • Excellent written and oral communications skills.

    • Highly numerate and able to be at ease with figures.

    • Ability to focus on quality, cross-checking, numbers and facts, to ensure zero error.


    Skills:



    • Account Reconciliation, Budgets, Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Accounting, Financial Reporting.
