Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- First Degree in Civil Engineering
- 2-3 years cognate experience
- Very good working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of project management.
Responsibilities
- Interface with clients (phone calls, emails & physical meetings both in offices and sites)
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Preparation of bill of quantities and interpretations of drawings.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Coordinate subcontractors and Artisans.
- Implement quality control measures
- Prepare progress reports for clients and management.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
