Project Coordinator Vacancy in a Construction Company


Peridot Forte Solutions Consulting Limited – Our client in the Construction industry requires the services of a suitably qualified candidate to fill the position below:


Job Title: Project Coordinator


Location: Lagos


Requirements



  • First Degree in Civil Engineering

  • 2-3 years cognate experience

  • Very good working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

  • Knowledge of project management.


Responsibilities



  • Interface with clients (phone calls, emails & physical meetings both in offices and sites)

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.

  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.

  • Preparation of bill of quantities and interpretations of drawings.

  • Undertaking project tasks as required.

  • Coordinate subcontractors and Artisans.

  • Implement quality control measures

  • Prepare progress reports for clients and management.

  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.


Deadline: 11th October, 2019.
