Description:
- Excellent financial planning and risk management skills
- Produce annual budgets and monthly performance monitoring reports
- Produce monthly financial statements, cash flows and bank reconciliation and Age analysis reports
- Ensure optimal Corporate financial structure
- Experience in raising finance both short and long term
- Experience with SAP B1 ERP
- Liase with Tax authorities /consultants to achieve efficient tax structure and prompt returns to avoid penalties
- Organising annual audits.
- Compliance with all regulatory bodies both financial and operational.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure and take initiative. Any other task that may be assigned by the managing director relevant to this position. >
