Mambila Beverages Nigeria Limited is a wholly Taraba State Government owned Company. It engages in developing, manufacturing and marketing of “Highland” brands of Black Tea and Green Tea.
MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Candidate must be a visionary leader that advises the Board and Shareholders.
He will advocate/promote organization and stakeholder change related to organization mission; support motivation of employees in products/programmes and operations.
He will formulate policies, programmes and planning, for onward recommendations to the Board; Manage and oversee the operations and human resources of the organization; Implement plans and Manage Financial and Physical Resources of the Organization.
REQUIREMENTS
The Chief Executive Officer must be an experienced Manager of 15 – 20 years with at least 5 years at executive level in the Tea or Food and Beverages Industry.
The candidate must have a minimum of First Degree or equivalent. Master Degree in Management or Business Administration will be an added advantage
SENIOR MANAGER, PRODUCTION AND ENGINEERING
RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
The Candidate will have the responsibility of Managing and Directing Production Activities in the Plant.
Coordinates the production of products, ensures machines are repaired and running smoothly, and manages workers on production line.
Should have a Degree in Food Science and Technology or Food Processing with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience, five years of which must be in Tea Production and ata supervisory level.
SENIOR MANAGER, FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS)
RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate for this position shall possess not less than 15 years experience with five years in similar roles at managerial level.
A first Degree in Accounting or Social Science with a Master Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a Professional Accounting qualification will be preferred.
The Department is responsible for all the Financial Management and provision of Accounting Information of the Company. He advises the management on financial matters.
SENIOR MANAGER, MARKETING
RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
The candidate is expected to have a minimum of 15 years relevant experience, three years of which must be at managerial level.
Possession of MBA or Professional Marketing qualification will be desired.
Responsible for driving business and meeting the set targets in regards to channel expansion, market share and overall business in the various market segments.
Will manage distributors and key accounts in accordance with objectives, strategic/marketing plans and visions of the Company.
SENIOR MANAGER, PERSONNEL AND ADMINISTRATION
RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS
The candidate is expected to be a graduate of Public Administration or Management with not less than 15 years experience with at least 3 years at Managerial level.
HND with Post Graduate Diploma and relevant exrerience can be considered.
The candidate shall be responsible for Human Resource Management and Administrative function of the Company.
