    • Summary of Functions Professionally administer all incoming and outgoing calls.

    • Serve as an interface for the customer relations management consultants. Function as the customer-centric personnel for the company.

    • Provide callers with information of the company

    • Responds to all website and social media inquiries.

    • Greet guests in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner and direct to the appropriate office and employee.

    • Ensure the ambiance of the company reception is hospitable, tidy and clean at all times.

    • Responds and follow up on all customer issues and feedback in a timely manner, identify root causes of customer dissatisfaction.

    • Promptly escalates all customer issues to the appropriate personnel for resolution based on company policies and procedures.

    • Meet and exceed customer service expectations as outlined in the department policies and procedures.

    • To provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support to all departments.

    • Performs other duties as required or as assigned

    • Must have good communication & presentation skill

    •  Must be ethical, Must be a creative thinker

    • Must have a working knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint MS Office

    Supply Chain & Logistic Officer



     


    A Manufacturing company in Nigeria located at Lekki, Lagos is seeking to hire a qualified Supply Chain Manager who will be responsible for all demand & supply planning, sourcing, and managing of suppliers.


     He? Or she? will also be responsible to ensure data integrity through systems supported by operational procedures.


    Key metrics in this area will include:



    • Knowledge of optimal inventory levels and replenishment cycles.

    • Knowledge and use of at least one ERP system

    • Knowledge of opening Form M and all regulatory requirement for importation

    • Analytical Skill

    • Educational Qualification and Experience Required

    • B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Economics or related discipline

    • Min 3 years’ experience in Procurement, general supply chain, and demand and supply planning.
