We are recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Lagos
Key Result Areas
Operations management:
- Ensure quality execution of every assigned jobs- retainership/one off that guarantee customer satisfaction
- Monitor strict adherence to SOP and standards of cleanliness and other services
- Coordinate all operations activities effectively to meet customer /company expectations
Quality assurance:
- Regular assessment of all locations /site performance
Customer relationship management:
- Regular interface with clients by visits and phone calls
- Prevent as much as possible any clients complaints and resolve issues as they arise
Materials management:
- Collect approved site materials from procurement and admin.
Operational staff management:
- Staff kitting and dressing must meet accepted company standard
- Ensure all staff meet the resumption and closing time schedule by signing off weekly on the attendance register on each site
Operational asset management:
- Equipment must be handled in a safe manner before and after usage
- Proper care and maintenance of equipment
Requirements
- Minimum of first degree or HND in any field
- Experience in a cleaning or building service related company is an advantage.
