- Monitor and control expenses within the allotted budget
- Check the health and safety of the equipment used in the gym.
- Schedule and conduct gym tours to new customers.
- Provide excellent customer care and to Clients.
- Deal with the accidents and emergencies that come up.
- Resolve Issues and complaints from Clients.
- Set goals both short and long term to help improve the business.
- Offer various fitness programs to suit customer’s specific needs.
- Work with other staff to achieve monthly targets.
- Ensure that all staff follows gym procedures and policies.
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the gym and personal training sessions.
- Maintain all paperwork regarding personal training schedules and procedures.
- Aids in the planning and implementation of company events.
- Submit reports to the CEO.
