    Job Details



    • Direct Sales Trainees (DST): Fresh from school, experience is not compulsory but prior sales experience from internships or Industrial attachment will be considered .

    • He/she must possess the drive and tenacity to succeed and exceed given loan target of N5m monthly. Must not be older than 27years and has a flair for sales .

    • Responsible for identifying, developing and closing consumer loan opportunities originated through direct-calling efforts, as well as achieving the assigned financial objectives

    • Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits and guidelines

    • Maintain and update account records as well as ensuring effective loan monitoring to reduce loan portfolio at risk to the barest minimum

    • Develop referral networks and a robust database


    Requirements



    • Graduate and be computer literate with a smart phone

    • Should not be more than 27 years

    • Must be resident in Lekki -Ajah axis.

    Job Description

    • Must be resident in Lekki – Ajah axis

    • Sales experience is compulsory

    • He / she must possess the prerequisite knowledge to identify good leads and execute within reasonable timelines.

    • He / she exceed given loan target of N7.5m monthly.

    • Must have worked with recognized financial institutions.
