RIG SUPERVISOR


MAIN FUNCTIONS

Represents the company on a rig site to support the safe and efficient execution of well plans. Is the primary contact for rig and third party personnel to ensure logistics for personnel, equipment and services are appropriately organized and managed.


TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for communicating expectations regarding safety, security, health, and environment; provides guidance and supports managing Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) events

Responsible for communicating Operations Integrity Management Systems (OIMS) expectations on the rig site

Monitors rig operations to provide feedback and input to the rig contractor to ensure well control procedures are properly followed and emergency situations are appropriately managed

Responsible for ensuring that safety, operational, environmental, security and other drills are conducted on site at specified frequencies

Responsible for ensuring drilling and completion procedures are followed as approved and utilizes management of change processes if changes are required

Orders and organizes logistics for services and equipment necessary to conduct drilling and completion operations efficiently

Supports onsite surveillance requirements for the operation in areas such as kick detection, abnormal pressure detection, torque & drag, mud properties, and solids control efficiency

Responsible for generation of accurate and adequate operations reports

Interfaces with engineering and geology to ensure understanding of well objectives and procedural requirements


QUALIFICATIONS

Industry experience in rig supervisory or rig leadership roles for drilling and completion operations

Prior experience working for a major Operator or Drilling Contractor

Hold current certification for Well Control

10 to 20 years of related experience is required


SSHE COORDINATOR


MAIN FUNCTION

SSHE coordinator performs key role in developing a Turnaround (TA) safety plan and ensuring all Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) aspects of the turnaround is addressed.


TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop TA SHE training on safety procedure, practices for the plant as well as contractors

Set up system for implementing the plan including hardware, software, data flow, analysis techniques and reporting format

Develop safety communication plan to employees and contractors

Design a safety incentive program for the TA

Work closing with Technical / Operation to identify waste generation

Coordinate the development of the Waste Management, Environment and Industrial Hygiene plan for the turnaround

Review Contractor safety plans

Part of the team to perform risk analysis of specific jobs During Execution

Implement the safety program

Safety watch in place Assist the T/A Manager on SHE related issue Post T/A

Compile the SHE statistic for the T/A report


PROJECT ENGINEER


MAIN FUNCTIONS

Performs engineering design evaluations and works to complete projects within budget and scheduling restraints.

Reviews industry policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. Reviews reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address problems.

Provides technical support for the engineering process.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.

Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

Back up responsibilities for the Project Manager as required


REQUIREMENTS

B.Sc degree in an engineering field

5-10 years of experience through multiple function and project assignments in engineering, construction, and project management and controls activities, or comparable project-related experience in other functions/companies

Broad range of experience and skills through multiple function and project assignments (Multi-discipline skill set)


SUBSURFACE ENGINEER


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

University Degree or equivalent

20+ years of demonstrated work experience in Subsurface and Reservoir Engineering positions in Oil & Gas Industry

Exceptional knowledge of subsurface engineering fundamentals and technical skills

Experienced in building, running and evaluating dynamic models to evaluate various technical issues

Capability to identify issues and solutions and conduct evaluations independently

Willingness to direct and guide the work of less experienced engineers

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Initiative and problem solving capability with flexibility to react to unforeseen conditions

Ability to work under pressure in an environment which expects the highest levels of customer service, confidentiality and ethical behavior

Working knowledge of reservoir management practices, processes, and expectations.

Ability and desire to function in an integrated project team environment, develop successful working relationships with emphasis on effective communications in an integrated team environment

Must be able to effectively communicate / influence multiple levels, from Senior Level Manager to worker

Willingness to travel / live away from home for extended time periods

Proficient in use of computers and programs such as Microsoft Office

Read, write, and speak fluent English, as required to function effectively within a Project Team

No training will be provided (other than company specific safety standards and procedures)


ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION ADVISOR


MAIN FUNCTIONS

Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with Company specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.

Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the team’s goals, objectives, and procedures.

Assures accurate and timely communication among the team and other company Functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues. In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.


TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate and coordinate discipline engineering technical work products

Coordination and communication of various issues among the company’s and contractor’s engineering team that affect the discipline engineering design, safety, and regulatory compliance of the work

Evaluate / comment work performed by the Contractor and sub-contractors to insure that the work is being executed in accordance with Company specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Includes review of discipline design drawings and documents

Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to Company procedures; maintains Deviation Control Log.

Steward discipline engineering queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests

Keep Lead Engineer or Engineering Manager informed of discipline engineering progress, deviations, and execution concerns

Participate in discipline engineering reviews at Contractor’s and subcontractor’s locations

Drives and promotes capital efficiency in engineering design

Support internal engineering general interest or Global Practice initiatives as requested by Supervisor

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering within discipline or equivalent professional experience

Broad and extensive knowledge of discipline design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria

Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs

Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications


CIVIL ENGINEER


TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
