Payment Recovery Officer

Job Description

• Monitoring all SLA sites within the Service Software


• Keeping record of all PM reports from the Service Software


• Obtain necessary approvals for PM access and schedule sites with regional coordinators


• Prompt submission of new SLA proposal, letters of SLA renewal and addendums


• Follow-up on agreements, renewals, SLA and Service payments


• Ensure all discrepancy regarding the SLA agreement are resolved


• Monitoring all SOW/Service and Project jobs and collect reports from coordinators


• Invoice submission of all Service/SOW/Project related jobs


• Monitor and follow-up on SLA/Service/SOW and project outstanding and collection.

Salary

N70,000 monthly gross.
