HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (FASHION ORIENTED)


JOB DESCRIPTION

Invent new fashion and printing initiatives for outstanding and extraordinary performances

Develop new business relationships, generate and gain new business leads, opportunities and contacts and negotiate new lines of revenue

Lead the identification and development of improved recruitment and retention approaches

Oversee staff development

Organize and maintain personnel records

Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides

Review company policies vis-à-vis best practice and propose revisions

Liaise with external partners, like e-commerce platforms, and ensure legal compliance

Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)

Staff welfare and counselling, solve conflicts

Answer employees queries about HR-related issues

Salary, compensation and benefits (comparison including research)

Maintain a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities etc.

Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

DIGITAL MARKETER, SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONTENT DEVELOPER


JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies

Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences

Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies

Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success

Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns

Manage email and social media marketing campaigns

Must show deep knowledge and passion for social media & its promotional strategies including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc

Contact, interview, and hire third party graphic designers, web designers, and videographers to create unique and engaging content

Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ad and other relevant sites

Drive traffic to company pages

Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, reviewing team member work, adhering closely to deadlines and to budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate should possess a Degree in a course of study related to Advertising or Marketing. Prior work experience in a related role is an added advantage. In addition, applicant should possess the following personal attributes:

JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENT

Interested candidates must assist the company in fast delivery and excellent customer service to her numerous customers

Interested candidates must be a representative of the company whenever he/she makes delivery and will have to act as such in a respectful courteous manner

Interested candidates must learn to give feedback on every delivery made

Interested candidates must have good driving skill, and must possess a valid means of identification

Arrange shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipate delivery requirement, placing and expediting orders.

Ship items by examining items, destination, route, rate and delivery time.

Verify items shipped by matching bills of lading; reconcile quantities; note discrepancies.

Keep customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date, method, status and responding to enquiries as it relates to delivery.
